Such is Torei's Shokunin spirit, that they custom-made a tempura for us when we couldn’t find one we liked. This base material is the largest, ASC certified, 16/20 Kami no Ebi, in a cloud-like batter. Ready to eat from the bag, or even better if refried. More expensive than others, but well worth it. Air fry 6 mins at 180 degrees to crisp up, directly from the freezer
