  Premium side dishes for each lacquer box include:

• kabocha pumpkin salad, mayo, spring onion, radish, corn

• roasted cauliflower, pumpkin seed, raisin puree, furikake

• inari beancurd stuffed with egg garlic mayo, ao nori

• roasted cherry tomato, wafu white sesame dressing, crispy seaweed

• braised shoyu dashi daikon

• Hokkaido potato croquette (omitted for salmon as there is black forbidden grains)

• tempura maitake mushroom, lemon powder

• sugar snap pea with Thai vinaigrette and black fungus
