Greetings from the heart of our kitchen! Welcome to Nude Seafood – where fresh catches meet generous hearts.

When we first dreamed of opening this restaurant, we had a simple philosophy: serve the freshest seafood possible, in portions that actually satisfy, at prices that make sense. It sounds obvious, but somewhere along the way, many restaurants forgot this basic truth.

My journey began with my seafood supply chain business and love for great recipes. Every morning, I'd watch pristine catches arrive from our partner fishermen – glistening sea bass, plump prawns, sweet scallops and the most delicious tuna – and I'd think about how most diners never experience seafood this fresh. That's when I knew we needed to create a direct line from ocean to table.

Meanwhile, Chef Kee Leng was perfecting his craft, blending time-honored Eastern techniques with Western innovation. But unlike many fusion chefs who cater to international palates, Kee Leng never forgot his roots. Every dish is calibrated for the Asian palate – bold where it should be bold, delicate where subtlety matters.
